Junior Business Developer

At Compilex Technologies, we’re looking for a dynamic and driven Junior Business Developer who’s ready to take on new challenges, grow, and make an impact. Whether you’re just starting your journey or have a bit of experience, this role is perfect for someone who’s hungry to learn and excel in the world of B2B and B2C sales.

What You’ll Do:

• Support our Business Development Team with staff augmentation and service sales.
• Generate quality leads using LinkedIn, email outreach, Upwork, and Fiverr.
• Hunt for exciting business opportunities and send tailored proposals and follow-ups.
• Assist in both B2B and B2C outreach – it’s all about connecting and creating opportunities!
• Keep track of your daily activities, leads, and progress through detailed reports.
• Work closely with the team to understand our services and client needs to refine your outreach.
• Learn & grow every day! You’ll be gaining hands-on experience in sales and client communication.

What We’re Looking For:

• Basic experience or understanding of business development, lead generation, and sales.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, and platforms like Upwork and Fiverr.
• Great communicator in written and verbal English – you’ll be crafting professional messages and proposals.
• A go-getter attitude! Be organized, motivated, and willing to take ownership of your tasks.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in international sales and service-based business development.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• More than 6 months of experience in business development, lead generation, or sales.
•   A passion for international business development and building client relationships.
•   Knowledge of IT services, software houses, or digital agencies.
